In addition to being an expert on electric grilling, Holly is also an authority on using small cooking appliances (food processors, blenders, microwave and convection ovens) to make international cuisine attainable for both beginning and expert cooks, as well as for children. During her 20+ years as a professional cooking instructor, she has taught a wide variety of topics at professional cooking schools, for special organizations like the American Heart Association, and at public schools. These include Heart Healthy Cuisine, Chocolate, Northern Italian, Jewish/Kosher, Mexican/South West, Asian/ Chinese, French, Hors d''oeuvres, Brunch, Holiday and children's cooking classes.

on her daily international television show "Morning Coffee" in Athens.
